Jannat Al- Mualla
Jannat Al- Mualla in Mekkah, known also as Al- Hajun, is second biggest and most attended graveyard after Al-Baqi in Medina. Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) used to visit this cemetery frequently, as it’s place of peace for many close to him people:
- Abd Manaf: prophet’s great, great-grandfather
- Hashim: prophet’s great-grandfather
- Abdul Muttalib: prophet’s grandfather
- Amina: prophet’s mother (according to another source, Amina is buried in Abwa- between Makkah and Madina) – where the 7th Imam (RA) was born
- Abu Talib: Father of First Imam Ali (RA)
- Khadija: prophet’s first wife and Fatima’s (R) mother
- Qasim: prophet’s son who died in his infancy
